SCOTT NEHER
President
Scott Neher, president and founder of Worldcom Title Corp., began his career in real estate over 25 years ago. He founded Worldcom Title Corp., a full service title insurance and settlement company in 2000.
Mr. Neher brings to Worldcom Title Corp. vast professional experience, acquired through sales positions, investments and contracting. Before forming Worldcom Title Corp., he founded Earth Investors Group Inc.(EIG), a private investment group that acquires, renovates and manages both residential and commercial property real estate holdings which is now known for its visionary acquisitions as well as its restoration of architecturally significant real estate. Prior to EIG, Mr. Neher acted as an agent for sales of converted and new cooperative apartment and condominiums in Manhattan and on Long Island.
Recently, Mr. Neher moved Worldcom Title Corp.'s headquarters to a state-of-the-art facility utilizing all the latest and most innovative technology available to the title insurance industry. With an eye towards the future, Mr. Neher has recently expanded each department and added staff to better serve your needs.
Mr. Neher attended New York Institute of Technology as both an undergraduate and graduate student; he received his B.S. in 1987 and his M.A. in 1996. He is a Nassau County resident and lives on the North Shore of Long Island.

JULIE MATTHES
General Counsel

Ms. Matthes has been general counsel and operations manager for Worldcom Title Corp. since the company opened in 2000. Previously, she concentrated on mortgage closings, title insurance and real estate transactions at another busy Long Island law firm.
As general counsel she handles all aspects of the title company, including working with attorneys, brokers and lenders. Having worked in the real estate field for several years now, Ms. Matthes has advanced knowledge of the title issues affecting real estate and mortgage transactions. These areas of expertise include estates and trusts, foreclosures and commercial real estate.
In addition to her work at the title company, Ms. Matthes also represents buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Her years of hard work and dedication have helped Worldcom Title Corp become a leader in the industry.
Ms. Matthes is married with two children. She lives with her family in South Setauket, Long Island.

VINCENZO PURIFICATO, Esq.
Counsel
Vincenzo Purificato, a graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
Mr. Purificato joined Worldcom Title Corp. in 2007. As a general counsel he is involved in all aspects of the title company, including working with attorneys, brokers and lenders. Having worked in the real estate field for several years now, Mr. Purificato has advanced knowledge of the title issues affecting real estate and mortgage transactions.
Prior to joining Worldcom Title Corp., Mr. Purificato worked for various Real Estate firms on Long Island where he conducted legal research in real estate, zoning, and landlord/tenant matters.Mr. Purificato has developed a close working relationship with many of Worldcom's clients. His professionalism, integrity and dedication have made him a valuable asset to Worldcom Title Corp.
